Rental Occupancy sells one-off digital city reports (PDF, and where stated a CSV) with short-term rental calendar-fill and price statistics for a named city. Reports are delivered by email. Free pages on this website are samples for information only.

Price and taxes

The listed price for a city report is €9 unless a page says otherwise. Checkout is not live yet. When it is, the price shown at checkout is the amount you pay; taxes may be added by the reseller where required by law.

Orders and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to purchases: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Delivery

Digital goods are sent to the email address you give at checkout. If something does not arrive, contact [email protected] and Paddle support.

Refunds

Accuracy and no affiliation

Figures are computed from public listing calendars and are samples with stated sizes (n). Calendar fill is an upper bound on occupancy. We are not affiliated with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or Paddle beyond using Paddle as reseller. Data on free pages is licensed CC BY 4.0 unless a report says otherwise.
