How full are short-term rental calendars, city by city?
Forward calendar fill (booked or owner-blocked nights, an upper bound on occupancy) and fixed-date nightly prices for Airbnb-style vacation rentals, read from real public calendars. Small samples, sample sizes shown, no black-box "estimates".
What "calendar fill" means: the share of nights a listing's public calendar shows as unavailable. Public calendars cannot tell a booked night from a night the owner blocked, so calendar fill is an upper bound on true occupancy, not a booking rate.
