A one-off digital PDF for one city, delivered by email. Checkout is not live yet — nothing can be bought on this site today.
What you get
- Monthly calendar fill for the next 3 months (median, 25th/75th/90th percentiles)
- Fixed-date nightly price bands in USD, with the stay dates shown
- How fill varies across price bands
- Listing-level CSV of the underlying sample so you can check every number
- Delivery by email as a PDF (+ CSV), usually within a few minutes once checkout is live
What we are honest about
- Samples are small (today's free pages use about 36 listings per city). Paid reports use a larger, fresh sample, but they are still samples, not a census.
- Calendar fill mixes bookings and owner-blocked nights, so it is an upper bound on occupancy, not a booking rate.
- Prices are Airbnb's USD conversion for every city (including Bucharest and Brașov), before fees and taxes.
- Figures move as calendars fill; a report is a dated snapshot.
