Refund policy
14-day refunds, no questions asked.
If you buy a city report and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase, no questions asked. That meets Paddle's minimum refund window for digital products.
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] with your order email and order number, or
- Contact Paddle (our online reseller and Merchant of Record), who handles returns for all orders.
Once checkout is live, refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method. Free pages on this site never take payment.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
